8. Workmanship Warranty

Contractor warrants its workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of substantial completion and will repair defects caused by faulty workmanship reported within that period at no cost to Owner. This workmanship warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any manufacturer's warranty on materials.
